    Re: Paragraph 9.f.1.

    The 2009 Notice of Race is hereby amended as follows:

    The last sentence of the next to last paragraph is altered to read:

    “Downloading position information, weather or ocean current information from the internet is not permitted except that synoptic weather charts may be downloaded from the internet or any other means available.”
    ADVISORIES
    On April 4, 2009 the Provisional Notice of Race was replaced with the 2009 Notice of Race. Changes since March 9, 2009 include the following:
    • Para 4c, 4d and 14 The International Jury has been replaced by a Protest Committee comprised of international judges.
    • Para 5a replace the words "... is 32.0 and 80 feet." with "shall be between 32.0 and 80 feet."
    • Para 9b The Late Fee shall now take effect on April 16, 2009.
    • Para 12 The times for On-site Registration are changed slightly.
    On March 9, 2009 the Provisional Notice of Race was changed to include the following:
    • Para 2. The first warning signal is renamed to attention signal and the time is changed to 1230. This fixes a discrepancy between the NOR and Sailing Instructions.
    • Para 4. Fixes an error in the link for RRS and adds an additional link to ORR.
    • Para 8. New paragraph g. is inserted. It reads:
      The Senior First Aid Certification required for two crew members as presented in ISAF Special Regulation 4.08.4 is changed from a requirement to a recommendation.
    • Para 9b is changed to read:
      The Entry Fee is $950 for the Yacht and Captain plus $50 for each additional crew member. The payment is due at the time of application or by April 15, 2009 whichever is earlier and must be received by MBCYRA for our acceptance process to begin. After April 15, 2009 the Entry Fee is $1100 plus the $50 crew fee.
    • Para 10. ORR is spelled out for clarity.
